When my aunt died of breast cancer, I started paying closer attention to the things I ate. We’ve all heard the recommendations: whole grains, fruits and leafy greens, plenty of water and tea.
Energy that is related to our intentions, creates. And positive energy creates positive things. We can now charge this energy with our intentions and create for our homes, our family, for balance, good fightnailfungus and well-being.
Kids will always be kids. I agree to this. If they don’t want to eat something, they will surely not eat it. However, that depends upon the upbringing. At a very young age, maybe at 3 years , start teaching your children about being healthy. Teach them healthy tips with great emphasis on their importance and the right foods to eat to stay healthy. Of course, you should live by the rules too and show and practice eating healthy back home. You see, I believe everything can be taught including the cravings of your stomach. Once you teach your child to get used to eating healthy, they will be carrying that until they grow up.
A good example of details which have nothing to do with the quality of the cream is price. There are thousands of people who still think that the highest rated wrinkle cream is also the most expensive one. This is far from the truth and statistics show that price is irrelevant. If you really want to know how much a reliable anti wrinkle cream will cost, don’t worry – it won’t be more than your every day skin care product. So, if price doesn’t matter, what does?
The Empty Calorie Cocktail. Avoid the Candy Cane Martinis this year! One ounce of 80-proof alcohol is about 90 calories. Add your choice of juice, mixers, or soda to that and your slurping down the calorie equivalent of a Big Mac. If you do choose to have alcohol, do it in moderation. Choose red wine (filled with anti-oxidants) over beer or seltzer with lemon rather than soda or juice.
Getting enough sleep is very important. Your body repairs at night when you sleep so this is very important for your skin. I remember my younger years when I went to bed very late or not at all and off I went to work. After a while, you have to slow down and catch up on your sleep. Some young people these days think this is the sole purpose of the weekend days is to sleep off the weekday and weekend nights activities. You won’t be able to do this for very long without some tell-tales signs showing up that you aren’t happy with.
Losing weight is not as difficult as you might think. It’s just your determination, patience and the ability to adjust to some discomforts. These little discomforts should not scare you because where there is no pain, there is definitely going to be no gain.
